Hunaid Hakam, who goes by “Ned”, is a self-made entrepreneur who has founded, purchased and invested in multiple companies in various industries. These companies have displayed great success and tremendous growth in industries of Toys & Novelties, Healthcare Education, Healthcare Devices and ERP Software designed for online marketplace sellers. He values sincere, hard-working people that are self-motivated. Ned graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2007 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance / Management Information Systems and a Minor in Accounting.
Ned has developed brands such as CoolGlow (Online retail website for Party Supplies visited by over 200,000 visitors each month), FunCentral (Importer for Toys & Novelty Products), Glominex (Glow-In-The-Dark Paint manufacturer based in USA), American Health Care Academy (A healthcare training institution) and UmbrellaFund (Buy & Grow Amazon & E-Commerce Businesses).
Ned is a proud parent of three children, a private CPL holder, has an immense passion for super cars, bikes and he has very recently added an aircraft to the fleet. He is fond of many adventure sports such as sky diving, scuba diving and hiking and also volunteers in a remote village in Tajikistan for 6 months.

Hafiz Hakam is our partner, investor and CFO. Hafiz brings rhyme and reason to our team by sharing his past experiences and expertise into finance and investment.
He is responsible for executing the financial strategy, managing financial controls and purposes action plans to ensure that our annual financial objectives are attained. He is also responsible for setting strategic goals and objectives, supervising daily activities, monitoring performance, and driving business growth.

Hieu Nguyen has unparalleled experience in software development & excels in creating innovative tools to help companies grow. He is in charge of our organization’s technological needs as well as its research and development and also develops policies and procedures and uses technology to enhance products and services that focus on external customers as technology continues to advance.
SHAHEEN LAKHANI
Vice President Business Development
Shaheen has an in-depth understanding of the education and healthcare sector. With a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from University of Texas, Shaheen comprehends the medium of Online Learning. She has acquired adept managerial skills and follows a solutions-driven approach.
Her duties at AHCA entails daily communication with Senior Leaders of each unit. She is involved in defining and strategizing day-to-day operations for enhancing user experience.
Shannon Sheritt
Vice President – Sales Operations
Shannon’s association with the medical genre began as a First Time Responder. Her compassionate work and dedication towards the society has gained recognition. At AHCA, she is proactively involved in the handling of the Sales Domain. She is primarily responsible for the CSR and BDR teams of the US and Philippines. Shannon drives great passion for her work, while strategizing and scaling up the business goals. Additionally, she is also involved in the hiring of promising sales representatives. Shannon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Sacramento State University.
BHAWANA SHARMA
Executive Officer
Bhawana Sharma comes with over 10 years of experience in operations and compliance. She is responsible for researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives and is in charge of scheduling meetings, taking minutes during sessions, maintaining databases and producing reports or presentations for the executive leadership and also overseeing daily operations.
